The following troubleshooting steps can help rule out / resolve the cause of the issue:
1) If the issue occurs only when using a specific application, it may have known issues or corrupt files. So Perform a clean installation of the application
2) Microsoft DirectX® files may be outdated or corrupt, Reinstall Microsoft DirectX or install the latest version
3) The motherboard’s BIOS / chipset drivers may be outdated, So update the latest chipset driver
4) The operating system may require a service pack update, downloading / installing the latest service packs.
5) The operating system may have corrupt system / registry files, Try cleaning the operating system’s registry with CCleaner or another registry clener software.
6) The graphics drivers may have known issues or corrupt files, update or install latest graphic driver.
7) The CPU and / or GPU may be overheating, chk your pc CPU or GPU temperature in BIOS. Generally 40-50degree C is Safe temperature.
