Internet is working but the signal icon has a red cross in desktop bar

Some things to try by cmd command

1)  Open Windows+R  and type   'netsh winsock reset'

                                                   'netsh interface reset all'

2) Go to Device Manager and Uninstall your actual driver and Restart computer to install driver, It will install automatically
