Administrator account disabled accidently also deleted user account in Windows8

To do this solution just do a system restore

1) Hold down 'Shift Key' on your Keyboard + Click on Restart (which is available on your power button)

2) Wait until the advance startup (TroubleShoot) option open

3) Click advance option

4) Then click System Restore

5) Select a date before you deleted the Account or Disabled Account

6) Then Next, Its take long time and Restart pc
