To do this follow these steps:
1). Go To Start > Settings > Control Panel
2). Double click on the ''System'' icon
3). Then Click ''Advanced'' tab
4). Click ''Settings'' under the 'Start up And Recovery section'
5). Disable the option to ''Automatically Restart under System Failure''
