How to cheak your power supply damage or not?

First Unplug the power cable and disconnect all connector cable (HDD,DVD rom, F-panel cable, Usb connector) from the motherboard. Make  short-out (24/20 pin connector) pins 14 and 15 (Green+Black) on the power connector, and plug-in the power cord just long enough to see  fan is working. If fan not working normally your power supply not ok.

* Boot the computer Safe Mode (When starting push F8  five sec)

* Select the Safe moode option.(Now xp load in safe mode)

* select yes button

* Use the default Administrator account. (Now come your xp safe mood desktop)

* Go to the control pannel >User accaunt> Select your accaunt.

* You can see left....Change password....Remove password  or create new accaunt.

* After finish, you can Restart your computer...

Problem:

.NET Framework 4 failed to install because of error code HRESULT: 0xc8000222.

Cause:

Some files corrupted in the Software Distribution folder.

Solution:

Download Fix_0xc8000222.zip.link

Extract the Fix_0xc8000222.bat in the zip file to a folder.

Right-click on the Fix_0xc8000222.bat and select Run as Administrator.

What this batch file does:
1) Disables Windows Update Service.
2) Deletes C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution.
3) Enables Windows Update Service again.

Than try to install again .netframework4.0
